- equipment type, manufacturer, model, and approximate age;

- project objectives and modernization/replacement considerations;
- PLC, HMI, and controls information;
- known obsolete components; and
- equipment condition and related information you supply.
Technical files and media
You may voluntarily upload:
- equipment, control-panel, nameplate, and PLC/HMI photographs;
- videos;
- electrical drawings;
- manuals and technical documentation;
- PLC/HMI-related files; and
- other project documentation.
You should only provide information you are authorized to share.

We use analytics technology (see Section 9) to understand website usage.

Meray Technologies understands that uploaded drawings, control-system information, photographs, programs, manuals, and other technical materials may contain sensitive business or proprietary information.
We use submitted technical information to evaluate and service your request, and we do not sell submitted technical information. Submitting information through the website does not, by itself, establish a non-disclosure agreement.
If your equipment information is subject to confidentiality restrictions or contains highly sensitive proprietary information, please contact Meray Technologies before uploading it so that appropriate confidentiality arrangements can be established.
5. How Information Is Stored and Processed
Information submitted through the website may be processed and stored using cloud infrastructure and service providers used to operate the website, including Amazon Web Services. We limit access to submitted information to what is reasonably necessary to operate the website and provide requested services.

Meray Technologies uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Meray Technologies cannot guarantee absolute security.

Abandoned or incomplete assessment drafts and their associated temporary uploads may be deleted after a defined retention period.
