• manuals and technical documentation;
• PLC/HMI-related files; and

You should only provide information you are authorized to share.

Website and analytics information

The website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, and website and assessment-form interactions. We use analytics technology (see Section 9) to understand website usage.

Meray Technologies may use information to:

• review Modernization Assessment requests;
• understand equipment and project requirements;
• determine whether Meray Technologies can assist;
• communicate with prospective and existing customers;
• scope and quote assessments and projects;
• perform requested engineering or modernization services after a separate engagement is established;

Meray Technologies understands that uploaded drawings, control-system information, photographs, programs, manuals, and other technical materials may contain sensitive business or proprietary information.

We use submitted technical information to evaluate and service your request, and we do not sell submitted technical information. Submitting information through the website does not, by itself, establish a non-disclosure agreement.

If your equipment information is subject to confidentiality restrictions or contains highly sensitive proprietary information, please contact Meray Technologies before uploading it so that appropriate confidentiality arrangements can be established.

Information submitted through the website may be processed and stored using cloud infrastructure and service providers used to operate the website, including Amazon Web Services. We limit access to submitted information to what is reasonably necessary to operate the website and provide requested services.

Meray Technologies does not sell personal information.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website and business, such as cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and security or monitoring providers, and to professional advisers where appropriate. Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their functions.

Abandoned or incomplete assessment drafts and their associated temporary uploads may be deleted after a defined retention period.

The website uses analytics technology to understand how the website is used. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. If additional analytics or measurement tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect them.

You may contact Meray Technologies to request appropriate access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and record-retention obligations.
